Duck a l'orange

  1. Canard à l'Orange is a classic French dish in which the duck is roasted and served with an orange sauce. Seen a lot in Surrey during the late 70's and early 80's. Was replaced in popularity around 1984 by the ever popular peking Duck and plum sauce dish. Word on the street however is that Canard à l'Orange is making a come back, where sales of oranges and duck have tripled in the last quarter at the Cobham Waitrose
